AI Developer

• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience developing applications with AI, workflows, agents, and scalable architectures.
• Integration of APIs and robust services.
• Ability to evaluate and compare generative AI platforms and models.

Plus: experience with RAGs, vector DBs, agents (LangGraph/Strand Agents), MCP/A2A protocols, cloud (AWS), and MLOps.

Common technologies: LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, FastAPI, Flask, Spring Boot, Git, Postgres+pgvector, Qdrant, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Streamlit, Gradio.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.

Are you passionate about application development and generative artificial intelligence?
In this position, you will be part of an innovative team responsible for designing, building, and operating applications that integrate generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including multimodal models. The main focus will be on driving efficiency, robustness, and security in the IT area, contributing to its digital transformation and ensuring that the solutions developed are scalable and aligned with the organization's objectives.

• Design, build, and operate applications based on generative AI with production quality.
• Automate processes, optimize resources to reduce costs, and minimize risks in systems and IT operations.
• Define best practices for LLM evaluation (tests, benchmarks, latency metrics, cost, security, etc.).
• Develop solutions using workflows, agents, and other paradigms, selecting the appropriate approach for each project.
• Collaborate on developing AI agents using libraries such as LangGraph or Strand Agents, and apply protocols such as MCP or A2A when appropriate.
• Integrate services and APIs ensuring scalability, robustness, and interoperability.
• Orchestrate services and data flows (events, queues, microservices) ensuring observability and reliability.
• Select generative AI platforms and models by applying clear technical criteria.
• Align technical solutions with strategic business projects.
• Document, communicate, and facilitate the adoption of the developed solutions.
