Currently, we are looking to hire a Patient Care Administrative Assistant who will carry out the following functions:

What you'll do

  • Inform and guide our users regarding aspects related to their stay at the center or regarding specific aspects of the hospital's situation.
  • Effectively and efficiently handle requests and complaints made by customers both in person, by telephone, or through the Patient Care email. Management of complaints and claims.
  • Perform courtesy / informative visits to admitted patients for the on-site resolution of requests or incidents.
