From the Quirónsalud private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for Outpatient Clinics in our Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Pozuelo, located in the Calle Diego de Velázquez, 1, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid area.

What you'll do

Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and responsible environment.
Carry out the required administrative procedures for the management of patient admissions/discharges and the corresponding documentation, thereby facilitating the entire healthcare process.
Monitor the patient's condition, maintaining a constant state of alertness regarding any changes in their status.
Collaborate in patient assistance, reception, and transport, always complying with medical and nursing instructions.
Assess and correctly administer basic patient care.
Properly mobilize the patient.
Properly handle, clean, control, and maintain specific equipment.
Correctly manage clinical documentation.
Show accuracy and attention to detail in stock control, warehouse organization, and expense allocation.
Provide indirect patient care and support services, keeping the healthcare environment in optimal conditions for patient well-being and the proper development of departmental activity.

Vocational Training (Intermediate Level) in Nursing Assistant Care or equivalent qualification officially recognized in Spain.

What you'll do

Respetar y mantener una relación adecuada con pacientes y familiares, colaborando en la promoción y mantenimiento de un entorno profesional y responsable.
Llevar a cabo los procedimientos administrativos requeridos para el control de ingresos/entradas y altas/salidas de pacientes y de la documentación que proceda, de manera que se facilita todo el proceso asistencial.
Observar el estado del paciente, manteniendo un estado de alerta permanente ante los cambios de los pacientes.
Colaborar en la asistencia, recepción y transporte de pacientes cumpliendo siempre con las instrucciones médicas y de enfermería.
Valorar y administrar correctamente los cuidados básicos del paciente.
Movilizar adecuadamente al paciente.
Manejar, limpiar, controlar y conservar de forma adecuada el equipamiento específico.
Gestionar correctamente la documentación clínica.
Mostrar precisión y detalle en el control de stock, organización de almacenes e imputación de gastos.
Proporcionar servicios indirectos de atención y apoyo al paciente, manteniendo el entorno asistencial en condiciones óptimas para el bienestar de los pacientes y el correcto desarrollo de la actividad del departamento.
