What you'll do

Provide a comprehensive care service to the patient treated in the Mental Health Day Hospital (HD), based on empathy, teamwork, innovation, continuous improvement, adaptation to change, and transparency.
Maintain control of the attendance, vigilance, and supervision of patients.
Perform healthcare assistance and techniques based on nursing assistant knowledge.
Ensure patient safety.

Requirements

Nursing Care Technician (TCAE) intermediate degree or FP1
Minimum of one year of experience in a Psychiatry unit or similar
Communication skills with patients, families, and professionals.
Ability to work as part of a team.

What you'll do

Proporcionar un servicio de cuidados integral al paciente atendido en el Hospital de Día de Salud Mental (HD), basado en la empatía, el trabajo en equipo, la innovación, la mejora continua, la adaptación al cambio y la transparencia.
Tener control de la asistencia, vigilancia y supervisión de los pacientes.
Realizar la asistencia sanitaria y las técnicas en base a los conocimientos de auxiliar de enfermería.
Velar por la seguridad del paciente.

Requisitos

Técnico en cuidados de enfermería TCAE grado medio o FP1
Experiencia mínima de un año en unidad de Psiquiatría o similar
Habilidades comunicativas con pacientes, familiares y profesionales.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
