Job description

At Quirónsalud Marbella Hospital, we are looking to add an Administrative Salesperson to our aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery unit. Main Responsibilities:

What you'll do

In-person and telephone care for national and international patients

Medical schedule management (consultations, assessments, surgery, and follow-ups)

Initial guidance on aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery treatments

Preparation of quotes and follow-up on patients/leads

Coordination with the medical, surgical, and administrative team

Patient documentation management

Retention and post-treatment follow-up

Requirements

Previous experience in:

Aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery clinics or healthcare environmentreception, patient care, or commercial functions

Profile with a commercial orientation and experience dealing with premium patients

High level of English (essential)

Valuable: other languages (French, Arabic, Russian, etc.)

Excellent communication skills

Organization, attention to detail, and coordination skills

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Requirements
