Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Pozuelo, located at C. Diego de Velázquez, 1, is looking to recruit a Nurse for Cardiology, Outpatient Clinics.

Provide comprehensive patient care in the cardiology area, promoting health education, in coordination with the rest of the team members, applying the knowledge specific to their category and following the guidelines set by the center based on the area's care protocols, contributing to offering a service of excellent quality.

• Guarantee comprehensive and safe patient care, taking responsibility for nursing care, correct patient identification, and compliance with established care protocols.
• Maintain adequate communication with patients and families, providing information and health education adapted to their needs, promoting a professional, respectful, and excellent care environment.
• Perform clinical follow-up of the patient and the recording of care activity, reporting on the procedures performed and making the corresponding entries in the clinical history.
• Collaborate in the organization of the service and supervision of auxiliary staff when appropriate, acting as a professional reference and fostering teamwork.
• Participate actively in health training and education, providing cardiology-related training to hospital staff and specific education to patients.
• Perform cardiological diagnostic tests, including Holter placement, tilt table tests, cardiac stress tests, and associated electrocardiographic and hemodynamic monitoring, preparing provisional reports for medical validation.
• Manage and coordinate hemodynamic activity, scheduling procedures, managing cases, and collaborating in the care of urgent situations in the area.
• Administer treatments and medication under medical prescription, including sedation for echocardiograms and vasoactive drugs in pharmacological stress echocardiograms, performing the corresponding electrocardiographic, hemodynamic, and respiratory monitoring, and maintaining continuous updating of professional knowledge and competencies.
