The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we collaborate with one of the leading private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently looking to hire Operating Room Nurses to strengthen its care team during the summer campaign in Mallorca.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Operating Room area.
Experience in operating room preparation, assisting the surgical team, and providing patient care during the perioperative process.
Knowledge of circulating and scrub nurse duties, management of surgical instruments, sterility control, and application of patient safety protocols.
Previous experience in Operating Room, Recovery Room, ICU, or surgical units will be valued.
We are looking for professionals with a vocation for patient care, teamwork skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on quality.
