Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Vocational Training or a university degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related degrees.
Experience in the use, support, or functional administration of Human Resources applications.
Knowledge of HR processes and advanced handling of technological tools.
Knowledge of SAP HR, payroll applications, time management, and time tracking will be valued.
Analytical capacity and ability to act as an interlocutor between users and technical areas.

What you'll do

Analyze Human Resources processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and improvement.
Gather user needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Participate in the functional configuration and parameterization of SAP HCM and associated tools.
Collaborate on implementation and evolution projects for people management applications.
Perform functional testing and validate new functionalities, documenting results and incidents.
Provide functional support to users and coordinate incident resolution with technical teams and providers.
Prepare and adapt reports, functional documentation, and user manuals.
Participate in user training, promoting autonomy and the adoption of tools.
