A well-known national firm is seeking to incorporate a professional with legal or business-economic training and experience in Tax Law, to join its tax team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. What you'll do

Functions:

Carrying out legal tasks within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with senior professionals and handling cases of medium complexity.

Handling tax audits and inspection procedures.

Drafting legal documents: reports, pleadings, appeals, and claims, among others.

Preparing Corporate Income Tax and Personal Income Tax returns, using standard tax software applications.

Participating in the planning and execution of M&A transactions.

Collaborating on due diligence processes.

Researching applicable case law and legal doctrine.
