Order entry and processing: Recording and validating purchase orders received via email, EDI, or web platform

Verification of conditions: Checking agreed prices, volume discounts, special customer conditions, and stock availability in logistics centers

Blocks and approvals: Management of orders held due to credit limits, rate discrepancies, or lack of documentation.
