The role

Are you looking for a stable opportunity in Bizkaia where your technical experience and your ability to command on the ground will have a real impact?

What you'll do

In direct coordination with the Site Management, your functions will be:

Operational management: Organization, supervision, and daily monitoring of work sites and work units in execution.
Planning and resources: Assignment and coordination of internal personnel, machinery, and subcontracted companies to optimize productivity.
Control of yields and compliance with the schedule.
Measurements and production control.
Cost control
Agile management of unforeseen events during execution, ensuring strict compliance with OHS standards.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, ITOP, Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos), or equivalent technical qualifications.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in positions as Production Manager, Site Manager, or Production Technician in civil works.
Experience in roadworks, pavements and aggregates, earthworks, structures, or the replacement of affected services is highly valued.

Valuable knowledge

AutoCAD.
Presto or similar measurement and cost software.
Microsoft Project or planning tools.
OHS in construction.

Profile with an active presence on-site, a problem-solving mindset, organizational capacity, and the proficiency to coordinate several teams simultaneously.
