Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training: Technical Engineering / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Organization, Industrial, Automotive, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics)
Experience: Extensive previous experience is not required; experience in internships or first employment in automotive, industrial vehicle, or transport workshops will be highly valued.
Languages: Minimum demonstrable B2 English level (fluid technical communication with international teams and providers is essential).
Competency profile: A dynamic person, highly methodical, rigorous in data analysis and entry, with a mindset focused on industrial safety and excellent teamwork capacity.
Location: Villaverde

Nice to have

Technical competencies: Familiarity or knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.

Languages

International environment with daily use of the English language.

At Randstad Professional, we are looking for a Technical Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join a project where attitude, technical rigor, and communication skills in international environments will make the difference. What you'll do

Reporting directly to the Fleet Management, you will take on the operational challenge regarding the preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet (undercarriage and specialized technical systems):

Coordinate and technically challenge workshops and service providers regarding deadlines, quality, and costs.
Analyze technical intervention reports and periodic inspections for the logistical planning of assets.
Control and record the information flow in ERP systems (SAP / ALTO) with operational precision, guaranteeing data traceability.
Monitor key operational KPIs: fleet availability, deadline compliance, average cost per unit, and workshop audits.
Participate in periodic touchpoints with traffic, logistics, and international workshop teams.
