The role

Are you a commercial leader with a technical profile looking for a solid and strategic project in the industry?

We are looking for a Senior Sales Director to head the management and loyalty of key accounts.

You will assume a key and high-visibility role, coordinating closely with the plant and leading a consolidated team.

An ideal opportunity to apply your strategic vision and engineering in an industrial environment in full evolution.

What you'll do

Lead the strategy for loyalty, follow-up, and maintenance of the group's current client portfolio.
Directly manage and coordinate the sales team assigned to the cable and accessory product lines.
Work in close on-site coordination with production and quality at the factory to ensure deliveries and handle incidents.
Supervise commercial management tables, orders, and product availability aligned with plant capacity.
Conduct client visits at a national level (95%) and European level (5%), representing 30% of working time.

Requirements

Degree in Technical/Higher Engineering or equivalent technical profile with a solid industrial commercial track record.

Proven senior experience in the industrial, energy, metallurgical, or aluminum conductor sectors.

B2 English level or fluency is indispensable for regular technical and operational communication.

Availability to work 100% on-site at the plant (Vitoria/Pamplona area) without remote work.

Availability to travel around 30% of the time within the national territory and occasionally in Europe.
