AP/AR Accountant

• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 year of proven accounting and financial reporting experience required
• Fluent business proficiency in English is strictly required to communicate effectively in a global setting
• Good Microsoft Office skills required
• Solid planning, organizing, and attention to detail skills
• Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to new situations in a continuously changing environment
• Strong networking skills with a can-do attitude, initiative, and the ability to work effectively as a team player

Are you a finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an Accounts payable / Accounts receivable accountant to join a dynamic team in Oviedo, taking on a key role in financial reporting, accounting processes, and closing activities within a multinational environment.

As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and lead the end to end reporting of US GAAP financial statements for all assigned entities in compliance with corporate policies
• Lead the accurate completion of all month-end closing activities for the legal entities under your responsibility
• Prepare and analyze the reporting of all entities, including trend analysis, cash flow, and sales gross margin
• Analyze data and translate it into meaningful financial information
• Ensure compliance with all applicable internal controls in the accounting and reporting area
• Reconcile all accounts under your responsibility accurately and on time, ensuring proper alignment with AP and AR processes
• Develop and maintain strong effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Act as a center of expertise and provide support in all technical accounting matters
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects as needed
