Commercial Advisor for Asset Protection and Businesses

What will you do?

You will provide technical and commercial advice, driving commercial activity through:

Your day-to-day will involve the following activities:

• Identifying and developing talent with the potential to become future Managers of MAPFRE Branch Offices.
• Monitoring objectives, activity, and budget achievement.
• Promoting, driving, and following up on product marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and promoting the use of tools within the Sales Network.
• Leveraging and optimizing commercial management tools (SalesForce).
• Providing technical and commercial support to intermediaries regarding their product lines.
• Identifying and communicating the training needs of the Sales Network.

At Randstad, we are looking to select a Commercial Advisor to join MAPFRE SPAIN, at one of its offices in Cáceres (CÁCERES SUR-VIRGEN DE GUADALUPE, 27), under a substitution contract for IT + vacation leave.

What knowledge and experience will be considered?

Education and knowledge:

University degree or Higher Level Vocational Training qualification.

Commercial Experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Own vehicle is essential

Desde Randstad buscamos seleccionar un/a Asesor/a Comercial para incorporar en MAPFRE ESPAÑA, en sus una de sus oficinas de Cáceres (CÁCERES SUR-VIRGEN DE GUADALUPE, 27), mediante un contrato de sustitución por IT + vacaciones.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

Proporcionarás asesoramiento técnico y comercial, impulsando la actividad comercial mediante:

Tu día a día consistirá en las siguientes actividades:

• Identificar y formar talento con el potencial de convertirse en futuros Directores de Oficinas Delegadas de MAPFRE.
• Hacer seguimiento de los objetivos, actividad y grado de consecución presupuestaria.
• Divulgar, impulsar y seguir campañas comerciales de productos.
• Monitorizar e impulsar el uso de herramientas por parte de la Red Comercial.
• Aprovechar y optimizar las herramientas de gestión comercial (SalesForce)
• Proporcionar soporte técnico-comercial a los mediadores en su línea de productos.
• Identificar y trasladar necesidades formativas de la Red Comercial.

¿Qué conocimientos y experiencia van a ser considerados?

Formación y conocimientos:

Titulación universitaria o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior.

Experiencia Comercial.

Dominio paquete Office.
