The role

Do you have experience in the insurance or financial sector? Are you interested in developing your career in the areas of life insurance, savings and investment?

From Adecco, we are selecting Life Insurance Commercial Advisors to join the MAPFRE team in Vic (Barcelona).

Your main duties will be

- Acquisition and development of mediators and other channels (brokers, property managers, dealerships, management agencies).

- Monitoring of business and commercial activity: objectives, evolution, and results.

- Driving and monitoring of commercial campaigns for life, savings, and investment products.

- Technical/commercial advisory to mediators regarding products, coverage, operations, and tools.

- Support in risk assessment and coordination with the technical area.

- Development, training, and support of the network of mediators.

- Customer portfolio retention and detection of cross-selling opportunities.

What profile are we looking for?

- Higher education/University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.

- Experience in sales or commercial advice (experience in the insurance/financial sector is valuable)

- MiFID certification is valued.

- Knowledge of savings and investment products, life and accident insurance, funeral insurance, and equity and fixed income markets will be valued.

- Communication, negotiation, and influence skills

- Results and customer orientation

- Organized, analytical profile with planning capacity

- Own vehicle and availability for travel
