The role

Do you have basic knowledge in industrial maintenance and want to continue your development in the sector? We are looking for you!

What you'll do

Interpret simple electrical diagrams for the detection and resolution of incidents in the plant.
Use measurement instrumentation with a multimeter for basic electrical verifications.
Identify and supervise the correct functioning of sensors, contactors, relays, and motors.
Perform simple replacements of mechanical and electrical components under the supervision of senior technicians.
Change transmission elements such as belts, chains, gearboxes, and bearings.
Carry out the adjustment of mechanical elements and perform periodic lubrication of the equipment.
Use workshop hand tools safely and appropriately.
Verify the basic functioning of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, solenoid valves, and compressors, identifying leaks and minor incidents.
Monitor signaling and alarms on PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley, etc.) and interpret input and output signals.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) related to the field.
Experience: Previous experience (even internships) in industrial production environments is desirable.
Basic knowledge of industrial electricity and reading diagrams.
Notions of mechanics (transmissions, bearings, lubrication).
Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and basic automation (interpretation of alarms on PLCs).
Handling of multimeters and workshop hand tools.

Benefits and conditions

Type of contract: Permanent.

Working Day and Shifts: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. Morning shift from 7:00h to 14:00h, afternoon shift from 14:30 to 21:30, and night shift from 22:00h to 5:00h (the night shift is only active for 6 months of the year, approximately from October to April)

Salary: €21,000 gross per year.
