The role

What you'll do

Support the coil preparation, packaging, and labeling process.

Pack the daughter coils at the end of the process and weigh them.
Perform splices, stick labels, and place caps.
Carry out the control and recording of the finished coils.
Use the forklift sporadically and when necessary to locate coils.
Record and notify incidents occurring during the work shift.
Maintain cleanliness and order both at the workstation and in the facilities.
Propose improvements regarding the workstation, mainly focused on safety.
Properly manage the waste generated at the workstation.
Strictly comply with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention policies.

Requirements

Training: Vocational Training (FPI) or Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanics.
Experience: Around 3 years of previous experience performing similar functions in industrial environments.
Accreditations: Having a forklift license is highly valued.
IT and languages: User-level proficiency in Pack Office and mastery of the Spanish language.
Specific knowledge: Environmental and energy awareness.
Availability: Full availability to work in continuous rotating shifts according to the established cycle.
Competencies: Analytical capacity, teamwork, interdepartmental collaboration, communication, responsibility, operational efficiency, and adaptability.

Benefits and conditions

Temporary contract for replacement due to leave.
Full-time with continuous rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night): 2 days morning, 2 days afternoon, and 2 days night.
Rest schedule: 6 days of work and 4 days of rest outside of peak season; and 6 days of work and 2 days of rest during the peak period (from June to September).
Joining through Randstad a solid industrial company located in Rosselló.
