The role

Are you studying Social Work, Psychology, or Education and want to put your vocation into action?

At Fundación Randstad, we work every day to make labor inclusion a reality. We are looking to bring on an intern for Socio-Labor Integration and Guidance to join our team and play an active role in our projects.

If you are looking for an internship where you can learn to support people with disabilities on their path to employment, design skills workshops, and provide real social support from day one, this is the opportunity for you!

What will your role be in the project?

What you'll do

Direct support and pathways: assisting users with disabilities in creating CVs, preparing for interviews, and designing training pathways to boost their employability.

Processes and group workshops: collaborating on the development of workshops on digital skills, active job searching, and registration on web platforms.

Project management: making contact and calls to users for registration, scheduling initial interviews, and following up on their individual pathway.

Internship support for the integrated program at Fundación Randstad Levante: administrative tasks, support in recruitment processes for people with disabilities, assistance with user support, and developing personalized pathways for people with disabilities, as well as support in selecting candidates for technical training for program users.

Requirements

We are looking for students of Social Work, Psychology, Education, Labor Relations, or related postgraduate studies, with a vocation for service, empathy, ease in telephone communication, and the possibility of signing an internship agreement.

Desired skills in candidates

Empathy and active listening: the ability to understand the needs, paces, and barriers of each user.

Adaptive and assertive communication: the skill to convey clear information (e.g., how to write a CV or use a web platform) while adjusting language to the person's functional diversity (intellectual, sensory, etc.).

Service vocation and social impact: an ethical commitment to equal opportunities and the real inclusion of vulnerable groups.
