• At least 1 year of prior experience in HR, personnel management, team coordination, or service management, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience in the agricultural, agri-food, or seasonal campaign sectors is valued, especially with citrus fruits.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools for tracking data, volumes, absenteeism, and indicators.
• Organizational and planning skills, especially for managing peak workloads and changing needs during campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both workers and clients.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies between staffing needs and scheduled hires.
• Decisive, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Availability and own vehicle, as the position requires travel to the workplace.
