HR Officer

• Higher education from a business school or a university background related to HR, business management, management, … looking for a 6-month internship starting from January 2027,

• Human qualities and great rigor,

• You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to manage many subjects at once,

• Proficiency in Excel and ease with collaborative tools (Google Suite, Slack, Lucca, AI…)

• Proficiency in Spanish (intermediate/fluent level) and English (intermediate)

• Spirit of initiative, empathy, and having a sense of service and responsibility,

• You have managed projects alone in your past experiences, thus demonstrating your autonomy and your ability to take initiative.

• Salary: between 800€ and 1200€ / month

Hello Watt is the platform for managing your home's energy transition.

The Hello Watt app, based on Linky meter data, allows you to track and understand your energy consumption. It also allows you to control it, by identifying and quantifying the most relevant solutions, from eco-gestures to renovation work, including choosing the right energy supplier for your home.

Hello Watt carries out energy renovation work (insulation, heating, solar) for individuals by providing them with a dedicated expert, accessible prices, subsidies deducted from the quote, and quality workmanship.

This internship will allow you to acquire comprehensive experience in the Human Resources profession. You will thus be integrated into recruitment, onboarding, administration, and more broadly into all the projects and initiatives that allow us to transmit our culture to our employees; all within an international environment between Spain and France.

The HR department is a strategic function for us to ensure the proper management of our growth! You will thus be led to collaborate with Emma, HRBP for the Valencia site in Spain as well as the entire HR team throughout your internship.

• Participation in the recruitment processes for many sales profiles

• Management of job advertisements on various job boards (WTTJ, Indeed, Hello Work),

• Integration and support of new employees at the Valencia site

• Organization of internal training

• Drafting of employment contracts

• Participation in payroll in collaboration with the Finance team and our payroll provider in Spain

• Deployment of new HR projects regarding training, internal communication, etc.
• Organization of events encouraging engagement and meeting (Teambuilding, afterworks, breakfasts)

This is a non-exhaustive list and your missions may evolve during your internship period, depending on the needs of the team.
