Business Analyst & Scrum Master

• 5+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Agile delivery roles, ideally in the same position.
• Demonstrated track record of translating complex business processes into clear and unambiguous user stories, with acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Domain knowledge in Risk and/or Compliance, specifically in control objectives, gap analysis, and risk frameworks (GRC).
• Confident and experienced Scrum Facilitator: you lead ceremonies with a clear purpose, keep them agile, and make them truly useful for the team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: comfortable interacting with senior-level international interlocutors and managing ambiguity to reach clear requirements.
• Mastery of process mapping: ability to visualize and document end-to-end workflows in a way that is immediately executable for developers.
• Fluent English (written and spoken): all interactions with stakeholders and documentation are conducted in English.
