The role

Are you passionate about customer service and would you like to be part of an elegant and professional hotel environment? We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress for a 4-star hotel in Valladolid, where excellence in service and attention to detail are fundamental values.

What you'll do

Attend to customers in the restaurant, café, and hotel events.
Perform meal and dinner service according to the establishment's standards.
Set up and clear tables, ensuring the proper presentation of the dining room.
Take orders, serve dishes and drinks, and manage payments with POS terminals.
Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to ensure smooth, high-quality service.

Requirements

Minimum experience: 2 years as a waiter/waitress in hotels or restaurants of a similar category.
Knowledge of dining room protocol, tray service, and plating.
Good presentation, professional attitude, and customer orientation.
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure while maintaining service quality.

Benefits and conditions

Initial 3-month contract (temp agency) with real possibility of joining the permanent staff.
Split shift: from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00 h.
Salary: €9.59/hour gross.
