What you'll do

Flawless execution of à la carte table service, plating, and high-standard table setting.

Expert tray handling both when serving and clearing the dining room, ensuring speed and balance without risk of breakage.

High-level guest reception, seating, and order taking, with thorough knowledge of the menu and wine pairing recommendations.

Knowledge and application of service protocols for breakfast buffet, room service, banquets, and events.

Impeccable maintenance of the station, sideboards, and work areas in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards.

How you'll work
