Entering the purchased paper into the warehouse

Checking that the received goods match the delivery note

Informing the person responsible for purchasing about the paper received daily and checking it against the delivery notes provided.

In the case of FSC, verify specifications

Warehouse receiving.

Identifying reels.

Placing reels in the warehouse according to assigned location. Physically separating FSC material from the rest of the reels.

Daily, checking electronically and printing the paper plan by machine.

Finding out the traceability of a reel, if necessary.

Supplying paper to the machines based on the production plan. Linking reels to orders.

Daily review of the assigned film.

Collecting and verifying the meters returned after production.

Making the necessary cuts on the reels.

Warehouse inventory of paper/film, cores, and boxes

Receiving goods entering the factory (paper reels, film, cores, HP supplies inks, and the rest of the parcels.

Recording and reporting any incidents detected upon delivery.

Rotating shift: morning (from 7 to 15) and afternoon (9 to 14 and from 16 to 19 or from 11 to 19) from Monday to Friday

Dar entrada del papel comprado en el almacén

Comprobación de que la mercancía recibida es la indicada en albarán.

Informar a la responsable de compas papel del papel recepcionado diariamente y cotejar con los albaranes entregados.

En el caso de FSC verificar especificaciones

Recepción en el almacén.

Identificación de bobinas.

Colocación de bobinas en almacén según lugar asignado. Separación física de material FSC del resto de las bobinas.

Diariamente, consultar informáticamente e imprimir la planificación de papel por máquina.

Averiguar trazabilidad de una bobina, e caso de ser necesario.

Aprovisionamiento del papel para las máquinas en función de la planificación de fábrica. Vincular bobina a pedido.

Revisión diaria de la película asignada.

Recogida y verificación de los metros devueltos tras la fabricación.

Realización de los cortes necesarios en las bobinas.

Inventario del almacén de papel/película, canutillos y cajas

Recepcionar la mercancía que entre en fábrica (Bobinas de papel, película, canutillos, tintas suministros de HP y resto de paquetería.

Anotar e informar de las incidencias detectadas en la entrega.

Turno rotativo mañana (de 7 a 15) y tarde (9 a 14 y de 16 a 19 o de 11 a 19) de lunes a viernes

Con posible incorporación en plantilla
