Maintenance Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Process Engineering and Maintenance Responsibility, you will be the key pillar in ensuring the optimization and perfect functioning of the production facilities:

Team and operational management: Lead, organize, and coordinate the technical maintenance team, managing the distribution of tasks and proposing measures for their professional development and training.

Maintenance Plans and TPM: Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring TPM follow-up and organizing maintenance during factory shutdowns, as well as plant openings and closings.

Quality and Continuous Improvement: Control and drive quality indicators in maintenance, analyze breakdowns, manage the opening of Katas, and lead area audits.

Resource and budget management: Control the department budget, manage the spare parts warehouse (providing needs, stock control, and costs), and supervise the work of external companies and the calibration of screwdrivers.

Safety, Environment, and 5'S: Ensure rigorous compliance with HSE standards (Prevention and Environment), ensure safety standards in standard and non-standard work, and maintain order (5'S) in the office, workshop, and warehouse.

Minimum education: Technical Engineering (or equivalent degree).

Professional experience: Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a maintenance manager or coordinator in companies within the industrial sector. (Previous experience in JIT / Just-in-Time production environments will be highly valued)

En dependencia directa de la Responsabilidad de Ingeniería de Procesos y Mantenimiento, serás el pilar clave para asegurar la optimización y el perfecto funcionamiento de las instalaciones productivas:

Gestión de equipos y operativa: Liderar, organizar y coordinar al equipo técnico de mantenimiento, gestionando el reparto de tareas y proponiendo medidas para su desarrollo profesional y formación.

Planes de Mantenimiento y TPM: Supervisar y ejecutar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando el seguimiento del TPM y organizando mantenimientos a fábrica parada, así como aperturas y cierres de planta.

Calidad y Mejora Continua: Controlar e impulsar indicadores de calidad en mantenimiento, analizar averías, gestionar la apertura de Katas y liderar auditorías del área.

Gestión de recursos y presupuesto: Controlar el presupuesto del departamento, gestionar el almacén de repuestos (proveer necesidades, control de stock y costes) y supervisar los trabajos de empresas externas y la calibración de atornilladores.

Seguridad, Medioambiente y 5'S: Velar por el cumplimiento riguroso de las normas de HSE (Prevención y Medioambiente), asegurar los estándares de seguridad en trabajos estándar y no estándar, y mantener el orden (5'S) en oficina, taller y almacén.

Educación mínima: Ingeniería Técnica (o titulación equivalente).

Experiencia profesional: Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia como responsable o coordinador de mantenimiento en empresas del sector industrial. (Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia previa en entornos de producción JIT / Justo a Tiemp
