Maintenance Plans and TPM: Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring TPM follow-up and organizing maintenance during factory shutdowns, as well as plant openings and closings.

Quality and Continuous Improvement: Control and drive quality indicators in maintenance, analyze breakdowns, manage the opening of Katas, and lead area audits.

Resource and budget management: Control the department budget, manage the spare parts warehouse (providing needs, stock control, and costs), and supervise the work of external companies and the calibration of screwdrivers.

Safety, Environment, and 5'S: Ensure rigorous compliance with HSE standards (Prevention and Environment), ensure safety standards in standard and non-standard work, and maintain order (5'S) in the office, workshop, and warehouse.
