Logistics and Shipping Management Technician

We are looking for a Logistics and Shipping Management Technician to coordinate and ensure the impeccable execution of shipments, optimize transport, and serve as a strategic link between production, external warehouse, and customers.

Reporting directly to the Shipping Management with no staff in charge, in a dynamic and growing environment, your main functions will be:

• Order Portfolio Control/Management: Inform and manage customer loads. Optimization of transport and booking.
• Load Preparation: Consolidate material and loading notices to the customer.
• Transport Management: Coordinate transport in different modalities (FCA/CPT) with the customer and/or assigned forwarder.
• Order Tracking: Link between production or procurement areas for material shortage requirements for shipping.
• External Warehouse Management: Coordination with the External Warehouse regarding the shipment of loads and dispatch from the same.
• Logistics Incident Management: Attend to and analyze logistics or other incidents reported by: Quality, Sales, Customer, or Customer Service, as well as incidents that may be detected in the management of daily work in the area.

• Salary range: €36,000 – €45,000 gross/year (depending on merit).
• Start date: Q4 (Last quarter of the year).
• Schedule: Flexible working day from Monday to Thursday (start between 7:30 and 9:00, 8h 15m daily) and Friday from 7:30 to 14:30.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in distribution logistics and shipping management positions in industrial or production environments.
• Education: Technical degree (Industrial Engineering or a Master's in Logistics is highly valued).
• Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2 level, C1 highly valued).
• Tools: Proficiency in Office Suite (advanced Excel). ERP (Baan) and Access are valued.
• Key skills: Global vision, high problem-solving ability, customer orientation, and flexibility to work under pressure.
• Availability for occasional national travel.

Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a de Gestión Logística y Expediciones para coordinar y asegurar la ejecución impecable de los envíos, optimizar el transporte y servir de nexo estratégico entre producción, almacén externo y clientes.

Reporte directo a la Dirección de Expediciones sin personal a cargo, en un entorno dinámico y en crecimiento, tus funciones principales serán:

• Control/Gestión Cartera de Pedidos: Informar y gestionar las cargas de cliente. Optimización del transporte y booking.
• Preparación de Cargas: Consolidar el material y avisos de carga a cliente.
• Gestión de Transporte: Coordinar el transporte en las diferentes modalidades (FCA/CPT) con cliente y/o forwarder asignado.
• Seguimiento de Pedidos: Nexo entre las áreas productivas o aprovisionamiento para los requerimientos de faltas de material para expedición.
• Gestión Almacén Externo: Coordinación con el Almacén Externo del envío de cargas y expedición desde el mismo.
• Gestión Incidencias Logísticas: Atender y analizar las incidencias logísticas o de otra índole reportadas por: Calidad, Ventas, Cliente o Atención al Cliente, así mismo las incidencias que pudiera detectarse en la gestión del trabajo diario en el área

• Rango salarial: 36.000 € – 45.000 € brutos/año (según valía).
• Incorporación: Q4 (Último trimestre del año).
• Horario: Jornada flexible de lunes a jueves (entrada de 7:30 a 9:00, 8h 15m diarias) y viernes de 7:30 a 14:30.

• Reporte directo a la Dirección de Expediciones sin personal a cargo, en un entorno dinámico y en crecimiento.

• Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en puestos de logística de distribución y gestión de expediciones en entornos industriales o de producción.
• Formación: Titulación técnica (Ingeniería Industrial o Máster en Logística muy valorable).
• Idiomas: Inglés fluido (mínimo nivel B2, muy valorable C1).
• Herramientas: Dominio de Paquete Office (Excel avanzado). Valorable ERP (Baan) y Access.
• Habilidades clave: Visión global, alta resolución de problemas, orientación al cliente y flexibilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
• Disponibilidad para viajes nacionales de forma puntual.
