What we're looking for

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid class C+E driving license.

Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP).

Active Digital Tachograph Card.

Experience: Demonstrable previous experience driving articulated trailers, with special value placed on a track record in international transport and European routes.

Knowledge and Skills

Handling of pallet trucks and use of the lift platform/tailgate for unloading at loading docks.

Autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and good treatment of clients and receiving platforms.

Availability: Full availability to carry out international transport with a usual departure schedule on Sunday or Monday and return to base between Friday or Saturday.

Location: Residence in Ribarroja de Turia, in the Camp de Túria region, Valencia, or nearby areas.

The role

We are recruiting a C+E Trailer Driver in Ribarroja to join the international transport team of a well-established logistics company. As a C+E Trailer Driver in Ribarroja, you will play an essential role in the distribution chain: you will be directly responsible for the safe and punctual transport of furniture goods on routes to the main European markets (France, the United Kingdom, among others). We offer immediate start, a permanent contract and an approximate annual salary of €31,000 gross/year (including per diems) paid over 15 payments (reaching around €3,500/month depending on route and per diems), plus a well-planned operation with departures between Sunday/Monday and returns between Friday/Saturday. What you'll do

Reporting to the International Traffic Department, your main responsibilities will be:

International Transport: Driving an articulated combination (truck and box trailer) to carry out routes to international destinations (mainly France, the United Kingdom, among other European countries).

Loading and Unloading Management: Handling and supporting loading and unloading tasks for furniture at docks and logistics centres, using a tail lift and pallet trucks.

Safety and Securing: Supervising the stowage, securing and protection of furniture to ensure it arrives at its destination in perfect condition.

Document Management: Controlling and processing delivery notes, international transport documentation (CMR) and trip reports.

Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to European driving time and rest regulations in accordance with the digital tachograph.
