What we're looking for

Delivery Leadership: Experience leading complex technological projects from the discovery phase to operational adoption, with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority. Familiarity with AI and Data: Understanding of model concepts and metrics (precision, recall, false positives/negatives) and experience in data-driven or machine learning solutions. Insurance Sector (Highly valued): Knowledge of claims operations, fraud mitigation, financial leakage management, or QA. Analytical and technical skills: Fluency in communicating with technical teams regarding APIs, data flows, and architecture, while always maintaining focus on business value. Languages: Advanced level of English is essential (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Spanish or German will be a valuable plus.

🚀 At Randstad Digital we are looking for: Delivery Lead – AI & Claims QA

What you'll do

End-to-end delivery leadership: Design and execute the deployment plan, the critical path, and the main milestones for the expansion in Canada.

Strategic connector: Act as a bridge between the business, operations, data science, and software engineering areas.

Scalability vision: Identify which components must be adapted at a local level and which must be transformed into reusable capabilities at a global level.

AI product optimization: Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate and improve the precision, recall, and effectiveness of detection models.

Adoption and business value: Support operational teams through adoption to ensure a real reduction in financial leakage and continuous quality improvement.
