• Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across target sectors, maintaining an up-to-date client database. Follow up on potential clients to convert them into clients. Help identify new market segment opportunities for the offering of operational services.
• Search for candidates through advertisements, searches, and talent networks in the areas of logistics, skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.
• Carry out thorough candidate selections, interviews, and assessments to align them with the specific client requirements for operational and temporary workers.
• Participates in meetings with clients to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
• Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational positions, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
