What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
Previous experience of 3-5 years in Controlling, Financial Control, FP&A, auditing or analytical accounting positions.
Solid accounting knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements.
Experience in analysis of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and financial KPIs.
Ability to analyze deviations and transform financial information into useful conclusions for the business.
Experience in the preparation of reporting for Management.
Good command of Excel and data analysis tools.
Interest in the digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Nice to have

Experience with ERP and Business Intelligence tools will be valued.
Experience or interest in the application of AI to financial processes will be especially valued.

Financial Controller

What you'll do

Analysis and monitoring of the company's financial and accounting information.
Preparation and analysis of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and main financial statements.
Monitoring, definition and analysis of financial and business KPIs.
Preparation of periodic reporting for Management, identifying main trends, deviations and areas for improvement.
Analysis of deviations against budget, forecast and previous years.
Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Preparation of financial reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
Profitability analysis by business, product, client or business unit.
Collaboration with the accounting area to ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of financial information.
Identification of opportunities for improvement and optimization of financial processes.
Participation in automation and digitalization projects within the financial area.
Identification and application of tools that allow for the reduction of manual tasks and improved efficiency.
Exploration and utilization of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the analysis, reporting, automation and processing of financial information.
Cross-functional collaboration with other business areas to understand the evolution of key indicators and their financial implications.
