Industrial Controller

Education: University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Actuarial and Financial Sciences, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization/master's in finance or management control.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience performing functions as an Industrial Controller or Cost Analyst within manufacturing environments or production plants.

Technical skills

• Advanced mastery of analytical cost control, analysis of bill of materials, and production variations.
• Advanced handling of ERP tools (SAP, Navision, Dynamics or similar) and specific cost control/production modules.
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel and visualization tools/Power BI.

Languages: Fluent English level (minimum B2/C1), necessary for communication with the corporate environment and financial reporting.

Competencies: High analytical capacity, plant-oriented business vision, proactivity, good communication skills to interact with non-financial profiles, and methodical rigor.

Key position: High-visibility management role with direct reporting to the top financial line (CFO).

Do you want to take on a key financial role in the operating center of a multinational industrial group? We are looking for an Industrial Controller to occupy a strategic position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In this position, you will assume leadership over cost analytics and budgetary control of the productive activity. You will be the fundamental link between the financial and plant operations areas, becoming an internal reference for optimizing margins, analyzing deviations, and driving efficiency in decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO and in close coordination with the Plant Management, your main responsibilities will be:

• Analytical cost control: Determine, analyze, and audit direct and indirect manufacturing costs, bill of materials, and production consumption.
• Analysis of variations and margins: Identify deviations between theoretical/standard costs and actual costs, proposing improvement actions alongside operations managers.
• Industrial accounting close: Coordinate periodic closes for the manufacturing area, inventory valuation, permanent inventory control, and provisions.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Lead the preparation of the annual plant budget and the monitoring of financial projections (forecasting).
• Financial reporting and indicators: Prepare the industrial area Dashboard (KPIs) and present periodic reports to the CFO and corporate management.
• Investment management (CAPEX): Perform the financial evaluation and monitoring of investment projects, profitability analysis, and return on capital.
• Operations management support: Act as the financial interlocutor for the production team to provide support in process optimization and efficiency control.
