The role

Do you have experience in logistics and coordination? Are you looking for a stable position? At Randstad, we have an opportunity for you in the nautical sector!

What you'll do

Coordinate container loading operations at the port.

Determine the criteria for the location, stacking, and organization of containers.

Analyze cargo characteristics to define the most suitable distribution.

Establish loading parameters according to weight, type of goods, and destination.

Ensure the correct stowage of containers, guaranteeing stability and safety during transport.

Collaborate with the different operational teams involved in the logistics chain.

Monitor operations and resolve any operational incidents that may arise.

How you'll work

Working hours and work-life balance: Weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 13:45h and from 13:45 to 21:30h.
