About the role

We are looking for a talent development and organizational structure specialist to join the Human Resources team and drive performance evaluation cycles, career paths, talent calibration, and global succession planning.

What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate performance evaluation cycles across the company, ensuring high standards of execution and continuous follow-up.
