About the role

We are looking for a human resources, occupational health and safety, and equality specialist to lead the operational management of our Barcelona headquarters, coordinate workplace safety in our Spanish offices, and support international teams (such as Mexico and Germany). If you are looking for a high-responsibility position that combines daily support for people with the technical area of prevention and regulatory compliance, this opportunity is for you.

What you'll do

  • Act as an internal technical reference in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and coordinate with the External Prevention Service (EPS) risk assessments, health surveillance, emergency plans, and audits.
  • Provide training and induction in health, ergonomics, and safety to new hires and the existing team.
  • Investigate, document, and analyze workplace incidents or accidents, defining and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in labor matters (Workers' Statute, collective agreements, working hours record, and legal documentation).
  • Promote and implement the Equality Plan, coordinate the internal committee, monitor key indicators, and manage the protocol against workplace harassment.
  • Provide direct support to employees in their day-to-day processes of onboarding, offboarding, payroll queries, contracts, or social benefits.
  • Align criteria and best practices in human resources and prevention with international business units.

Requirements

  • With a disability certificate of 33% or more.
  • Degree or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar, with a Master's in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with the three specialties (Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology) being essential.
  • Languages: Expert command of Spanish and English at a fluent level (B2/C1) for coordination with international headquarters.
  • Previous experience: Between 3 and 4 years of experience in general human resources and/or occupational health and safety positions, working directly with External Prevention Services (EPS) and labor consultancies.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation (OHS Law 31/1995, RD 901/2020, and RD 902/2020).
  • Rigor, attention to detail, analytical ability for report preparation, and maximum discretion in handling confidential information.

Benefits and conditions

  • Benefits package: Gym and sports facilities platform (Wellhub), flexible compensation card, food insurance or discounts, breakfast service, and fresh fruit in the office.
  • Multicultural, friendly, pet-friendly work environment with language classes.
  • Professional career structured within a cutting-edge and innovative technological environment.
