Incident Management: Rapid and effective resolution of daily breakdowns in rooms, common areas, and service areas.
Supplier Relations: Coordination of external interventions and supply companies.
Energy Efficiency and Costs: Optimization of consumption (water, electricity, gas) and management of spare parts and supplies stock.
