Requirements

What we're looking for

Experienced professionals (more than 2-3 years): If you have extensive experience with lathes or machining centers, we only require that you have an ESO or Graduado Escolar.
Young talents / Profiles with little experience (1 year or less): We require a Higher Level Vocational Training Degree in Machining or similar.
Mobility and availability: Having your own vehicle to commute to the workplace and availability from Monday to Sunday, in addition to working rotating shifts.

The role

We are looking for professionals from the machining sector (with or without a degree) who want to join a solid industrial project in Móstoles, without the need to program, but with true care for detail and final quality.

What you'll do

In this position, your main functions will be oriented towards maintaining the operational efficiency of the workshop and guaranteeing the maximum quality standard of each produced part:

Machinery feeding: Continuous loading and unloading of lathes and machining centers to ensure a constant production flow.
Final control and verification: Meticulous supervision of the machined parts to check tolerances, finishes, and technical specifications before they leave.
Basic environment maintenance: Monitoring the correct functioning of the machinery during the production cycle (no prior programming is required).
