We are looking for a dynamic, methodical professional accustomed to warehouse operations:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year performing warehouse tasks, order preparation, or logistics in distribution platforms or industrial environments.
Key competencies: Physical agility, ability to concentrate to avoid picking errors, sense of order, and proactivity for teamwork.
Residence and mobility: Residence in Palau-solità i Plegamans or nearby towns (Polinyà, Santa Perpètua, Sentmenat, Caldes de Montbui, Mollet, etc.) and availability of a vehicle to access the industrial estate comfortably.
Tools: Valuable experience in the use of manual/electric pallet jacks and handling of radio frequency terminals (PDA gun).
Clear and direct remuneration: 10.50 — gross per hour worked.
Structured work schedule:
From Monday to Thursday, a brief and efficient 45-minute break (14:00h to 14:45h) that allows for an early finish in the afternoon (17:00h).
Intensive Friday from 08:00h to 15:00h, guaranteeing the afternoon off for the start of the weekend.
Work environment: Integration into a dynamic operation with standardized processes and a good internal collaborative climate.
The main objective of the position is to ensure the fluidity of operations within the logistics warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming goods are correctly registered and located, as well as preparing orders with metric precision and speed to meet daily dispatch deadlines without reference errors.
Integrated into the warehouse operations team, you will assume the following responsibilities:
Receipt and unloading of goods: Unloading of trucks and containers, visual verification of the condition of boxes/pallets, and cross-checking with the delivery note.
Location and replenishment: Placing products in their assigned shelving or storage areas, maintaining order and stock rotation logic.
Order preparation (Picking): Collection of references via physical work order or radio frequency terminal (PDA), ensuring the exact number of units and references.
Conditioning and packaging (Packing): Packing, sealing, strapping, and labeling of parcels for protection during transport.
Dispatch and loading: Organization of prepared orders in the dock area and loading into delivery vehicles.
Facility maintenance: Compliance with order and cleanliness standards (5S methodology) and rigorous application of Occupational Risk Prevention measures.
