The role

We are looking to incorporate a dynamic profile with initiative and a desire to develop a career in the industrial sector into our team in Parla. If you are a proactive person, oriented towards continuous learning, and are looking for a stable opportunity to train from the ground up in the machining trade, we want to meet you. Extensive previous experience is not required: we prioritize attitude, commitment, and the motivation to acquire new technical skills.

What you'll do

Reception, preparation, classification, and placement of goods in the warehouse.
Support in loading, unloading, and basic stock control.
Assistance in the workshop area and auxiliary handling of machining machinery.
Cleaning, basic maintenance of tools, and tidiness of the work area.

How you'll work

Working day: Fixed morning shift (Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:00 h).

Requirements

Junior profile with high motivation, proactivity, and a real desire to work.
Genuine interest in training and specializing in the machining and industrial production sector.
Residence in Parla or availability to commute to the area at the indicated time (06:00 h).
Ability to work in a team, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Benefits and conditions

3-month contract with the possibility of joining the permanent staff afterwards.
Location: Parla (Madrid), accessible workplace.
