• Perform packaging and filtering operations for products in the acrylic resins area.
• Transport drums and containers to the packaging areas, and prepare and apply the corresponding labels according to the product and work instructions.
• Complete packaging records and sheets.
• Install filtering systems according to established instructions and collaborate in the preparation and assembly of the Niágara filter.
• Contribute to the correct functioning of the facilities by identifying possible faults, replacing filters, and performing cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
• Take samples for quality controls and record and communicate relevant process information.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the workstation and comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the reception, handling, storage, and supply of raw materials, complying with work procedures and safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Supply materials to production plants according to planning, using forklifts.
• Perform the weighing of liquid and solid chemical products according to instructions and preparation lists.
• Operate and supervise the equipment and processes associated with the supply and distribution of raw materials, including tank control and material preparation.
• Supervise unloading operations, identify deviations, and communicate detected incidents.
• Prepare materials by batches, take samples, and perform facility inspections.
• Manage hazardous industrial waste according to established procedures.
• Supervise loading and unloading operations carried out by carriers and external companies, ensuring compliance with safety instructions.
• Control operating parameters and critical control points, communicating any deviation.
• Record and update logistical information in SAP, ensuring the correct identification and traceability of materials.
• Perform an initial assessment of deviations and communicate incidents to the corresponding manager.
• Ensure a clear and effective handover of information between shifts.
• Participate in testing emergency and safety equipment, as well as HSEQ audits.
• Identify and communicate risk situations through established channels.
