What we're looking for

We are looking for a meticulous professional, with manual dexterity and oriented toward teamwork:

Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of demonstrable previous experience in a meat workshop, butcher shop, butchery room, or food production plant.

Accreditations: Valid Category B driver's license with points (essential). Having a Food Handler's Certificate is valued.

Mobility: Own vehicle to arrive punctually for the start of the 06:00h shift.

Competencies: Rigor regarding hygiene and sanitary standards, good handling of knives and cutting tools, responsibility in driving, and pleasant customer service.

The role

We are looking for a Workshop Operator with availability for occasional delivery in a van.

Your main mission will be the preparation, cutting, mincing, packaging, and production of meat products within the workshop, guaranteeing maximum freshness and hygiene. Occasionally, you will be responsible for making local deliveries with the corporate van to take orders directly to customers or points of sale.

What you'll do

🔪 1. Workshop Work and Production

Preparation and cutting: Basic butchery, boning, mincing, and portioning of meat pieces according to the work delivery notes.

Meat production: Preparation of processed products (hamburgers, meatballs, marinated meats, fresh sausages, etc.).

Packaging and labeling: Weighing, packaging (vacuum-packed or in trays), and placement of traceability labels.

Hygiene and safety: Cleaning, disinfection, and continuous maintenance of the workstation, cutting tools, and machinery according to HACCP regulations.

🚚 2. Occasional Delivery in a Van

Vehicle loading: Preparation and stowage of orders in the refrigerated van while respecting the cold chain.

Delivery route: Driving the van to perform occasional deliveries to customers in Vallès and the surrounding area.

Document management: Signing of delivery notes and providing correct and friendly service at the delivery point.
