Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Indefinite full-time contract from day one, guaranteeing stability in an industrialized building company with a high volume of projects.
Attractive base remuneration package: Salary of 21,500
- to 23,500
- gross per year, strictly adjusted to your professional category (2nd or 1st Class Skilled Tradesperson) and the construction collective agreement.
Flexibility to increase your income at your own pace: Real and proven possibility of reaching up to 26,000
- gross per year through overtime and weekend shifts (which are 100% voluntary).
Excellent working conditions: You will perform 80% of your tasks in a controlled environment within our factory in Castalejas, minimizing harsh exposure to the inclement weather typical of exterior facade work.
Unbeatable team environment: You will be part of a united workforce. We actively encourage camaraderie and collaborative logistics, as it is very common to organize carpooling for commutes to the workplace.
Professional development opportunity: You will work firsthand with high energy efficiency standards in a sector that is the future of construction.
The role
Are you an expert in applying SATE systems and looking for a more comfortable alternative to traditional construction sites? Join a pioneering company in high-efficiency modular house construction. You will work 4 days a week sheltered in our factory and only 1 day on-site, enjoying greater stability, safety, and comfort in your day-to-day life.
What you'll do
Preparation of supports and exterior enclosures of the modules within the factory facilities.
Cutting, fitting, and fixing (mechanically and using specific adhesives) of insulating panels (EPS, XPS, rock wool) guaranteeing the total absence of thermal bridges.
Precise application of the base mortar layer, embedding the fiberglass mesh to build up and reinforce the system throughout the module's envelope.
Application of primer layers and final coatings, paying maximum attention to textures, planimetry, and the aesthetic finishes of the facade.
Meticulous treatment of singular points in the factory: corners, lintels, windowsills, and junctions with joinery.
Occasional travel (1 day a week) to the final construction location (Toledo, Madrid, or Ávila) for the housing installation phase.
In-situ execution of the SATE connections between the different modules, final sealings, and definitive facade trims after assembly.
