The role

Do you have experience in locksmithing, metal workshops, or structural assembly? At our Loeches plant, we are looking for professionals like you!

Are you proficient in handling manual tools such as drills, angle grinders, screwdrivers, and riveters? Are you interested in taking the next step in a stable and rapidly growing sector like modular construction?

If you reside in the Corredor del Henares, have your own vehicle, and are looking for a Second-class Skilled Tradesperson position with immediate start and long weekends (we leave at 15:00h on Fridays!), this offer is for you.

What you'll do

Refurbishment and Assembly of Modular Cabins: Maintenance, repair, assembly, and adjustment of prefabricated structures and modules in the workshop.

Handling Workshop Tools: Daily and habitual use of manual and electric tools such as angle grinders, drills, impact drivers, industrial riveters, jigsaws, and chop saws.

Locksmithing and Metal Structure Work: Handling, cutting, fixing, and adjusting metal profiles, galvanized sheet metal, sandwich panels, and hardware.

Finishing and Insulation: Adjustment, sealing, leveling, and finishing work on roofs and enclosures (including occasional tasks at a height of 2.5 m).

Quality Control and Preventive Maintenance: Structural inspection of modules to ensure they meet the delivery conditions for the customer.

How you'll work

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00 h.

Friday: 07:00 to 15:00 h (long weekend every Friday afternoon).

Location: Loeches industrial estate (Madrid).

Contract Type: Full-time 40h/week, stable work in a warehouse/workshop (no rotating or night shifts).

Requirements

Previous Experience: Minimum 1 – 2 demonstrable years as a Second-class Skilled Tradesperson in locksmithing, metal carpentry, structural assembly, prefabrication, or industrial maintenance.

Tool Handling: Proficiency and proven experience in the daily use of manual and electric workshop tools (angle grinder, drill, screwdriver, riveter, chop saw).

Mobility and License: A B driving license and own vehicle are essential to commute daily to the Loeches industrial estate.

Residency: Residing in the Corredor del Henares or nearby areas (Loeches, Alcalá de Henares, Torrejón de Ardoz, San Fernando, Arganda, etc.).

Availability: Immediate start and adaptation to the schedule of Mon-Thu from 08:00 to 17:00 and Fri from 07:00 to 15:00.
