Requirements

What we're looking for

Languages: Fluent/essential English (both spoken and written). High level of French and/or German.

Experience: Previous experience in office management, administration, or commercial support roles, ideally in industrial or B2B environments.

Organizational capacity, proactivity, and rigor in detail.

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette with customers.

Ability for teamwork and rapid resolution of incidents.

Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office) and fluency with ERP or billing management programs.

The role

We are looking for someone with a clear orientation toward customer service and commercial support to join a consolidated company in the industrial sector located in Barcelona city.

You will be the company's first point of contact, being responsible for both the correct operational functioning of the office and the key administrative support for commercial activity and sales management.

Support in the preparation and follow-up of commercial agreements

Collaboration in the management of the billing cycle and support in sales control.

Constant coordination with the commercial team to optimize customer response.
