Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Indefinite full-time contract from day one, offering real and long-term job stability in a rapidly growing company within the industrialized sector.

Attractive base remuneration package: Guaranteed salary of 21,500

  • to 23,500
  • gross per year, strictly adjusted to your category (2nd or 1st Class) and experience according to the construction collective agreement.

Graduated salary increase plan: Real and proven possibility of reaching up to 26,000

  • gross per year through overtime and weekend shifts (always 100% voluntary).

Comfortable and safe working environment: You will carry out 80% of your workday under cover, in our factory facilities in Castalejas, avoiding inclement weather and the physical hardship of traditional construction sites.

Excellent working atmosphere: You will be part of a united and dynamic team. We encourage camaraderie and collaborative logistics (it is a very common and promoted practice to organize carpooling among employees for the commute to the factory).

Professional development: Continuous training in latest-generation efficient, clean, and sustainable construction methodologies.

The role

Do you have experience installing plasterboard and are you looking for a more stable job? Join an innovative modular construction company. Forget about constantly changing job sites: you will work 4 days a week stably in our factory and only 1 day on-site for the final touches.

What you'll do

Assembly and leveling of metal framing (studs and tracks) ensuring the necessary rigidity for modular construction.

Cutting, fitting, and millimeter-precise installation of plasterboard (pladur) in partitions, linings, and false ceilings within the factory assembly line.

Comprehensive joint treatment, taping, filling, and sanding to guarantee an optimal finish level.

Continuous coordination with other trades (electricians, plumbers, insulation) for the correct integration of concealed installations within the partitions.

Occasional travel (1 day a week) to the final construction site location for the installation phase.

In-situ execution of assemblies between modules, correction of possible cracks resulting from transport, and final aesthetic finishes of the home.
