Production Technician - Food Sector

At Randstad Montblanc, we are selecting a Production Skilled Tradesperson for a prominent company in the food sector located in Montblanc. Your main mission will be to ensure the optimal operation, adjustment, and control of the assigned area (head, decoration, or end of line), coordinating the workflow:

Setup, parameter adjustment, and format change of line equipment.

Continuous control of process parameters and immediate correction of deviations.

At the Head of Line: supply control, raw material dosing, and weight adjustment.

At Decoration: supervision of dosing, temperature control, and technical product finishes.

At the End of Line: metal detector control, dynamic weighing, coding, labeling, and quality sampling.

Control of consumption, waste, and technical production records.

Detection and reporting of breakdowns and operational incidents in coordination with Maintenance and Quality.

Coordination of shift handovers and compliance with hygiene and occupational prevention regulations.

Previous experience as a line skilled tradesperson, technical operator, or machine operator in an industrial environment (food, pharma, or packaging highly valued).

Dexterity in the handling, regulation, and basic adjustment of production machinery.

Ability to understand technical production sheets, resolve incidents, and coordinate handovers.

Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

Residence in Montblanc or the region (Conca de Barberà / surroundings) and a vehicle to access the factory.
