What you'll get

Direct permanent contract from day one (30-day probationary period).

Full-time Monday to Friday in a fixed morning shift (07:00 h to 15:00 h), with weekends off.

Indicative salary range of 25,000

to 26,000
Gross/Year (depending on experience and merit), paid in 14 installments with salary reviews according to the collective agreement.

The role

Do you have experience in the metal sector and working with sheet metal? Are you looking for a stable position in a dynamic environment? This is your opportunity! We are selecting a 1st Class Bending and Punching Technician to join on a permanent basis a solid and constantly growing team located in Pinto (Madrid).

What you'll do

In your day-to-day in the workshop, reporting to the Workshop Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Operational handling of sheet metal machinery: Direct operation of bending machines, punching machines, and presses for the shaping and handling of sheet metal.

Work with hand tools: Expert use of hand tools for the adjustment, cutting, assembly, and finishing of metal parts, signage, and supports.

Versatility in production: Versatile support in different workshop positions and stations (sheet metal machinery, presses, automatic roller for vinyl application) according to manufacturing needs.

Feeding and line control: Loading material into machines, monitoring the production process, and visual inspection of the finished product quality.

Requirements

Professional experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in metal manufacturing within a workshop (sheet metal, bending, punching) or related sectors such as signage and industrial lettering.

Technical knowledge: Practical mastery of the handling of bending machines, punching machines, and sheet metal.

Key skills

Great versatility and flexibility to work on different machines and sections of the workshop.

Proactive attitude, initiative, and orientation toward dynamic teamwork.

Education: Desirable Intermediate / Higher Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Maintenance, or similar (not essential if the required experience is provided).

Residency: Residency in Pinto or the southern area of Madrid is valued.
