The role

We are looking for 1st Class Skilled Tradespeople to join our team!

Are you a 1st Class Skilled Tradesperson with experience in Locksmithing and a desire to grow professionally? At Disa, we offer you the opportunity to be part of challenging projects, with high standards of quality, safety, and environmental care.🚀

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

✅ You will execute construction, installation, or maintenance work following the study and layout alongside the Foreman or Site Manager.

✅ You will propose improvements and alternatives based on your experience as a 1st Class Skilled Tradesperson, collaborating to decide on the best way to execute the work.

✅ Prepare, review, apply, and maintain the individual or collective protective equipment or elements necessary to guarantee safety during the work.

✅ Perform quality control and safety checks of the work and reception conditions.

✅ Manage waste appropriately.

✅ Maintain machinery and work tools in perfect condition and clean. Collaborate with loading, unloading, stockpiling, and transporting materials tasks at the site / client.

Other functions:

🔹 Determine and prepare necessary materials, tools, and equipment 🔍

🔹 Assembly, use, and disassembly of scaffolding and auxiliary structures 🪜

🔹 Perform shoring, propping, and molding 🏗️

🔹 Support in logistical tasks: loading, unloading, stockpiling, and transporting materials 🚛

🔹 Connection of electrical and refrigeration circuits ⚡

🔹 Preventive and corrective maintenance 🛠️

🔹 Use of measurement and leak detection tools 🧪

🔹 Repair of compressors, valves, motors, etc. 🔧

🔹 Management of refrigerant gases 🧯
