The role

Are you looking to pivot your career and become part of an industry with a guaranteed future? At Randstad, we are selecting an industrial production operator to join the ICSA (Aernnova Group) team in Toledo, an international benchmark in high-tech structures and parts.

We offer you a unique training and employment opportunity: access to a 93-hour Technical Skill School, 100% free, specialized in composite materials—technical knowledge that is usually very costly in the private sector—which will directly open the doors to a 6-month contract with a very high probability of permanent incorporation into the workforce.

If you have industrial technical training or previous experience in metal, automotive, or industrial production, a desire to learn, and a firm commitment to attendance, this is your opportunity to specialize in a strategic sector and take off professionally within a leading multinational.

What you'll do

Once the training itinerary is completed and you have joined the plant team, your daily functions will be:

Preparation, manual placement, and adjustment of composite material fabric layers in aeronautical manufacturing molds.

Basic machining, sanding, deburring, drilling, and riveting of structural components using pneumatic and electric tools.

Assembly, sealing, and final mounting of metal and composite subassemblies strictly following process sheets and aeronautical quality standards.

In-line visual quality control, verification of tolerances using basic metrology instruments (calipers, micrometers), and traceability recording in production systems.

First-level preventive maintenance of tools and strict compliance with occupational risk prevention and ergonomics guidelines.

Requirements

Academic training: Intermediate Vocational Training (Grado Medio) or Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior) in industrial branches (Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanical Maintenance, Automotive, etc.) or, failing that, a minimum of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) accompanied by demonstrable experience of at least one year in industrial production positions (metal, automotive, machining, plastics, etc.).

Accredited manual dexterity, precision, and agility in handling workshop tools.

Absolute availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night, Monday to Friday) once the training phase is completed.

Possession of a personal vehicle to commute daily to the facilities in the Toledo Industrial Park.

Residence in Toledo or surrounding towns (maximum operating radius of 20 km).

Benefits and conditions

Free specialized technical training: Theoretical and practical training in composite material technologies of extremely high value in the aeronautical market.

Hiring after training: Once the school and medical examination are passed, an initial 6-month contract with Randstad and a very high probability of a direct move to the client company's permanent staff.

Competitive remuneration: €12.43 gross/hour + regulatory night shift bonuses + monthly production bonus (estimated at approximately €200 gross per month starting from the third month of the contract).

Work environment with high standards of ergonomics, safety, and occupational health.

If you are motivated to learn a future-proof trade and meet the technical requirements, sign up today to be part of this selection process.
