Production Operator

Are you looking to join an industrial project as an operator? You will be part of a dynamic team in the production center, actively participating in the manufacturing and quality control of high-value materials.

• Handling of production and extrusion lines: Preparation, startup, and supervision of the machinery that melts and molds plastic into sheets or profiles.
• Quality control and verification: Visual inspection and measurement of the thickness, finish, and transparency of the plates to ensure they meet technical specifications.
• Cutting and handling: Handling of guillotines, industrial saws, or trimmers to cut the plastic sheets to the measurements required by the customer.
• Packaging and labeling: Placement of protective plastics over the sheets, pallet packaging, and labeling for distribution.
• Feeding of raw material: Loading of granulate (plastic granules) or additives into the machine hoppers.
• Basic maintenance and cleaning: Cleaning of the work area, minor unblocking, and support in the preventive maintenance of the lines.
• Prevention and safety (PPE): Continuous work with Personal Protective Equipment (hearing protection, safety footwear, goggles) complying with chemical and thermal safety regulations.

• Previous experience as an operator in industrial environments, preferably in continuous production lines.
• Full availability to work on a 5th shift basis (rotation of morning, afternoon, and night).
• Own vehicle to travel to the workplace.
• Ability to work in a team, commitment, and high orientation toward occupational safety.

• Salary: €16.21 gross/hour on a continuous working day.
• 5th Shift System: Planning under a roster, working 6 or 7 consecutive days with 2 or 3 consecutive days off (rotation of Morning, Afternoon, and Night).
• Hiring through a temporary employment agency (ETT) with real possibilities of continuity based on performance.
• Immediate start.

¿Buscas incorporarte a un proyecto industrial como operario/a? Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico en el centro de producción, participando activamente en la fabricación y control de calidad de materiales de alto valor.

• Manejo de líneas de producción e extrusión: Preparación, puesta en marcha y supervisión de la maquinaria que funde y moldea el plástico en planchas o perfiles.
• Control de calidad y verificación: Inspección visual y medición del grosor, acabado y transparencia de las placas para asegurar que cumplen las especificaciones técnicas.
• Corte y manipulado: Manejo de guillotinas, sierras industriales o trinchadoras para cortar las láminas de plástico a las medidas requeridas por el cliente.
• Embalaje y etiquetado: Colocación de plásticos protectores sobre las planchas, embalaje de palés y etiquetado para su distribución.
• Alimentación de materia prima: Carga de granza (gránulos de plástico) o aditivos en las tolvas de las máquinas.
• Mantenimiento básico y limpieza: Limpieza de la zona de trabajo, desatascos menores y apoyo en el mantenimiento preventivo de las líneas.
• Prevención y seguridad (EPIs): Trabajo continuo con Equipos de Protección Individual (protección auditiva, calzado de seguridad, gafas) cumpliendo las normativas de seguridad química y térmica.

• Experiencia previa como operario/a en entornos industriales, preferentemente en líneas de producción continua.
• Disponibilidad total para trabajar en régimen de 5º turno (rotación mañana, tarde y noche).
• Vehículo propio para desplazarte al centro de trabajo.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, compromiso y alta orientación a la seguridad laboral.

• Salario: 16,21 € brutos/hora en jornada continua.
• Sistema de 5º Turno: Planificación bajo cuadrante, trabajando 6 o 7 días seguidos con 2 o 3 días de descanso consecutivos (rotación de Mañana, Tarde y Noche).
• Contratación mediante ETT con posibilidades reales de continuidad según rendimiento.
• Incorporación inmediata.
